Guests search by time
A guest picks when they want to go first. Only places with a free slot at that moment appear in the results.

You keep opening hours, services and capacity in the partner portal; the free slots guests see are worked out from that, never typed in twice.
Each slot is sold once
When a slot is booked it disappears for everyone else. The system refuses a second booking for the same place and time.
