Çalışan limanda 90 dakikalık tekne turu; kalkışlar 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 ve 16:00'da. Rehber aynı sefer içinde dok tarihini Felemenkçe ve İngilizce anlatıyor. Rüzgâr uyarısı yoksa üst güverte açık kalıyor; sefer başına 40 koltuk.

Biniş Ponton 4, Rijnkaai'de, bilet gişesinin 100 m kuzeyinde. Kalkıştan 15 dakika önce orada olun: tekne tam saatte hareket eder ve bekleyemez.

Biletler rezervasyon sırasında tam olarak ödenir. 48 saatten fazla önce iptalde tamamı, 48 ile 24 saat arasında yarısı iade edilir; sonrasında bilet iade edilmez. Hava nedeniyle iptal edilen sefer tamamen iade edilir ve en az 3 saat önce e-posta ile bilgilendirilirsiniz.
